Our handcrafted products are lovingly produced in the old world tradition of small batches. This method allows us to obtain the highest levels of flavor, texture and quality. Additionally, our fresh sausage and meat products are nitrate free. Due to the overwhelming popularity of our fresh and cured/smoked meats we occasionally sell out of a batch early. We will gladly do our best to accommodate customers should we sell out early. If you have placed an online order we provide the option of taking a back-order or refunding/cancelling an order.
